Founded in 2020, with a mission to commission educators and educational leaders in their God-given purpose and mandate, equipping them to transform learning environments. We envision re-imagining education as it is in Heaven and establishing it on Earth, fostering a culture where the Holy Spirit moves freely within learning spaces. Through co-creating and co-labouring with Jesus in teaching and learning, the goal is to bring a ‘spiritual standard’ to education, aligned with the divine will of the Father. This mission is deeply rooted in leading revival, reformation, and a renaissance in the world of education, ensuring that learning is infused with Kingdom principles that cultivate purpose, creativity, and transformation.

Nicky Weir, our founder, is a dedicated and passionate education professional, with 24 years of varied experience in the education field. She works to provide schools with effective leadership and management, advocating a quality and innovative approach to education. She is experienced in working within multi-cultural arenas and establishing strong professional teamwork from pre-primary to tertiary and adult education. She is passionate about developing learning communities throughout all aspects of the education world and advocating for the rights of learners.
